Your Account Manager will provide you with a quote for your new items and a trade-in discount amount.

Ship Your Trade-In Items
Once your order is received, your Account Manager will provide you with an RMA to ship the trade-in/upgrade components to Thompson.

Receive Your Discount!
After receipt of your trade-in/upgrade components, the discount will be applied to your PO.
